These policies are applicable to all digital products, services, and courses, offered by Krista Mitchell, and The Crystalline Academy, Inc. One-Time Payments for all courses and program tuitions: All enrollment sales are final; there are no refunds or credits. Payments cannot be transferred, or credited towards future re- enrollment, delayed completion of the program, auditing, or to any other course(s) of study. Payment Plans for all courses and programs: All payments are non-refundable and once registered you are expected to honor your commitment to complete your payment plan in full. Defaulting on your payment plan (e.g. any monthly payment is declined or fails to process) will result in your immediate removal from the program and will disqualify you from certification, if applicable. There is no grace period to make your monthly payment. Payments cannot be transferred, credited towards future re-enrollment, delayed completion of the program, auditing, or to any other course of study. Certificates, when applicable, will not be issued to qualifying students until such time as their payment plan has been paid in full.
